Most people known the word Zanzibar as Spice Island, that tropical paradise east of Tanzania in the Indian Ocean. This island is not big.

You can walk down the streets and alleys of Stone town, a world heritage site, and feel as if you're in an old movie. Zanzibar is an island only 50 miles long, but full of variety. For instance, You can visit the ruins of the palaces created with "spice" wealth for the Sultans of Oman. Accommodations are inexpensive, and the best part of Zanzibar is that even now the beaches are largely untouched by commercial tourism.

The Cook Islands - The heart of The South Pacific

Most of people in the world like to travel including me. I love to travel especially to the beach. Today I will talk about one place that I really want to go. It's "The Cook Islands" known as "The heart of the South Pacific".

At the very center of the Polynesian triangle, The Cook Islands consist of 15 islands with a total population of approximately 19,000, scattered over 2 milllion square kilometers of the Pacific Ocean. It's bordered to the west by Tokelau, the Samoas and Nuie and to the east by Tahiti and the islands of French Polynesia.

One of the best places to stay when visiting the Cook Islands is Rarotonga. This island offers guests the chance to explore a rare cloud forest, which is a rainforest that literally touches the heavens. You can explore the interior of the island by a guided cross-country hike or four-wheel drive safari. Each island in this group is a very unique experience that can offer you a culture and friendliness that you will not find anywhere else in the world.

There are 3 airlines to get there:
- Air New Zealand flies direct to Rarotonga everyday from Auckland.
- Air Rarotonga offers frequent flights from Papeete in Tahiti, French Polynesia.
- Pacific Blue flies to Rarotonga from a various Australian and New Zealand.
